## Setup

1. Send us your **TradingView username** — we grant access.
2. Add to an **intraday XAUUSD chart** (M5–H1).
3. Alerts: "median range spent" and "p75 range spent".

## Reading it

- Meter vs p75: ▰▰▰▰▱ 40% = a young day; full = top-quartile day.
- State line: quiet (<p25) / normal / busy (>median) / **top-quartile (>p75)**.
- Gold dots = where a p75 day runs out, from today's low and high. A target
  beyond the cap needs a day 3 out of 4 days are not.

When we retrain the profile, the new numbers are published — update the four
inputs (they carry their window on the panel, so the date is never hidden).
