Before you pay
How do I pay?
KHQR — scan with ABA, ACLEDA, Wing or any Cambodian banking app. PRO or Premium starts the moment the payment clears.
Is it a contract?
No. A month or a year, paid once. Nothing renews on its own, because nothing is stored to charge — you scan a new QR when you want the next one.
Is the yearly plan refundable?
No. Yearly is paid once, runs its twelve months, and is not refunded — that is what the 20% off is for. If you are unsure, start with a month.
I am on PRO yearly and want Premium mid-year. Do I pay twice?
No. You pay only the difference between the two yearly prices for the days you have left — by KHQR, from the Pricing tab in the terminal. Nothing is refunded or charged twice, your expiry stays where it is, and Premium switches on the moment it clears.
Only gold?
