Knows what a normal day is
The desk's trainer replays months of real XAUUSD history and measures the daily range distribution: p25 $64.32, median $85.11, p75 $123.94 over the Aug 2025 – Aug 2026 window. Those numbers ship as the defaults.

Meters today against it
A ▰▰▰▱▱ meter fills as today spends its range, with the day named in quartile language: quiet, normal, busy, top-quartile.

Projects the exhaustion caps
Optional lines mark where a p75 day would run out, measured from today's low and high — a target beyond the cap is asking for a day 3 out of 4 days are not.

Alerts at the thresholds
One alert when the median range is spent, one when the day crosses p75 and continuation setups start needing an unusual day.
